Our Story
| The evolution of the Firm’s professional journey is an accolade to Late Sh. Varinder Goyal and Sh. Vijay Goel who began this journey in early 1960s with focus on Sales Tax practice. By early 1970s, they were able to build a significant competitive presence in the market, thus leading to expansion of tax consultancy services from individuals to large corporates. The Firm was established in the year 1991 and thereafter adopted a vision to expand to newer areas such as audit & attestation, tax consulting and compliance, accounting and financial services. With onset of new generation, ideas and opportunities, the Firm was successful in creating long-term value for clients, people and society and building trust. In 2021, new partners were introduced in the firm. With new minds bringing new perspective, it acknowledged that learning is the key towards continued growth in an ever changing and increasingly digital world. Thus, by setting a dynamic and leading learning culture, the team is continuously evolving and the clients are given tailored services to nudge them towards growth and prosperity. |

Vivek Goyal, FCA, B.Com
Bringing more than 30 years of professional and leadership experience, Vivek Goyal is a Chartered Accountant and the founding partner of the firm. He is a result-driven professional with a strong proficiency in taxation, audit and accounting related activities. A perceived leader with a commitment to advancing the growth and development of people along with a strong belief in creating a positive work environment, he seeks and embraces opportunities which give exposure to different work, environment and perspectives. His comprehension of the ever changing world of business has triggered constant evolution in the Firm, which has been instrumental in helping it to drive efficiency and sail in the competitive environment. At the Firm, he leads the client service teams while actively engaging in required consultation; mentoring the team members; providing insight, connectedness and responsiveness to all clients and maintaining long standing professional relationship with them.
Rahul Goel, ACA, FAFD (ICAI), Registered Valuer, B.Com
Rahul is a Chartered Accountant with more than 13 years of professional experience. Prior to joining the Firm, he has worked as an Associate Director in Tax and Regulatory Services Practice of KPMG, India. He was also a part of the team assisting GOI in formulation of Tax Policy for Start-ups. He has a rich experience on advising start-ups (including conducting due diligence reviews) and multi-national corporates on variety of issues including International Tax and domestic Income tax, Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Laws and Valuation Services. Over the years, he has worked on numerous high profile clients, both private and listed companies, thus developing a good understanding of industries and their complexities and an ability to successfully identify and overcome challenges faced by the clients. Given his background and expertise, he heads the Direct Tax and Foreign Exchange laws practice here at the Firm.
Aditya Goyal, ACA, FAFD (ICAI), B.Com
With a prior professional experience of working with the Valuations Team of Macquarie Global Services, Aditya is responsible for audit innovation, implementing innovative solutions in the audit execution, as well as preparing for how technology will change our profession in the coming years. He also manages the Indirect tax services ranging from registration, returns, refunds, assessment, scrutiny and search. He is well equipped with the practical exposure in GST in addition to the ground rules and procedures under GST. His knowledge in the field of the accounting standards & GST has given the firm an edge in bagging many of the complex assignments involving in-depth complexities of the underlying regulations and technological platforms. Through innovation and strong leadership, his vision is to challenge the status quo, transforming traditional finance processes.
Akhil Goyal, MBA., B.Com
Akhil Goyal is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background, holding both an MBA and a B.Com degree. With a specialization in audit expertise, he is your go-to resource for all matters related to financial scrutiny and assurance. His journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, where he developed a profound understanding of financial principles and accounting. Building on this solid foundation, Akhil pursued an MBA, further honing his skills and knowledge in the field of business and management. His focus on audit expertise has made him a valuable asset in the domain.
Vijay Goel, B.A.LLB
Vijay is an Advocate with more than 50 years of professional experience. He is a highly experienced professional who has created a niche for himself in the filed of Indirect Taxes especially GST on account of client centric and result-oriented attitude. Over the years, he has advised a wide variety of clients operating in sectors ranging from manufacturing, hosiery goods, cycle parts, services sector etc. including listed entities. Owing to his vast experience and extensive relationships both in industry and tax department, he has helped the firm to expand its reach, engage and service new clients.
